LIFE COACHING FOR LEADERS

  • Executive coaching is company-sponsored and tailored to organizational goals, often involving 360 feedback assessments from stakeholders and a focus on company-specific outcomes. Personalize Leadership coaching is all about you—your growth, your style, and your impact, apart from your organization and their sponsorship.

  • The 360 process includes gathering confidential feedback from colleagues, direct reports, and supervisors. This feedback is synthesized into a comprehensive report that serves as the foundation for coaching sessions.

  • All sessions are held via Zoom, unless we’ve made other arrangements. This allows for flexibility and connection, no matter where you are.

  • Executive Coaching engagements are in three-month increments. Coaching sessions are bi-weekly and 50 minutes long. Once the initial engagement is fulfilled, the client can continue in three-month engagements, with sponsor alignment meetings after each engagement.
