Executive coaching is company-sponsored and tailored to organizational goals, often involving 360 feedback assessments from stakeholders and a focus on company-specific outcomes. Personalize Leadership coaching is all about you—your growth, your style, and your impact, apart from your organization and their sponsorship.

The 360 process includes gathering confidential feedback from colleagues, direct reports, and supervisors. This feedback is synthesized into a comprehensive report that serves as the foundation for coaching sessions.

All sessions are held via Zoom, unless we’ve made other arrangements. This allows for flexibility and connection, no matter where you are.

Executive Coaching engagements are in three-month increments. Coaching sessions are bi-weekly and 50 minutes long. Once the initial engagement is fulfilled, the client can continue in three-month engagements, with sponsor alignment meetings after each engagement.
