It provides a detailed look at your strengths, growth areas, and communication styles, offering a roadmap for coaching sessions. It can be used in both premarital coaching and marriage coaching.

  • Yes, marriage coaching works best when both partners are engaged and present for the sessions. It’s all about creating shared understanding and progress together.

  • The coach will help determine if the couple should implement the Prepare/Enrich Assessment and the four-session package or move forward one session at a time.

  • All sessions are held via Zoom, unless we’ve made other arrangements. This allows for flexibility and connection, no matter where you are.

  • Coaching sessions are 50 minutes long. Premarital sessions are weekly at a time that works best for both the couple and the coach. We recommend completing the process approximately 1-2 months before the wedding date. Marriage coaching can follow a frequency that reflects the goals of the couple.
