LIFE COACHING FOR LEADERS

  • Coaching focuses on where you are now and where you want to go. It’s a forward-looking process that helps you gain clarity, set goals, and take actionable steps. Counseling, on the other hand, often dives into past experiences to work through unresolved issues. If counseling feels like a better fit, I’m happy to help you explore resources.

  • No, I keep things simple—sessions are offered one at a time. This allows you to schedule as you go and ensures every session meets you where you are.

  • All sessions are held via Zoom, unless we’ve made other arrangements. This allows for flexibility and connection, no matter where you are.

  • To get the most out of our time together, it can help to reflect on what’s currently on your mind or any specific challenges or goals you’d like to explore. You don’t need to have all the answers—our work is about figuring things out together. To get the most out of our call, bring a pen and notebook with you and make sure to be in a distraction-free environment.

  • Coaching sessions are 50 minutes long; the ideal frequency depends on your needs and goals. While some clients prefer bi-weekly sessions, others may choose a more flexible schedule. We recommend no more than every other week to give you time to reflect, take action, and implement what we uncover during our calls.
